Latex and Airplanes

Now this is rather a big post but because it's for one of my biggest, most nerve racking and arguably one of my best shoots to date.

Mademoiselle Boo asked me to shoot her in some of Ivy Stream's products; a plum and cream harness with tassels and matching thong. I'd shot Boo the previous year modelling some lingerie and a feather head-dress in the middle of a forest so modelling some purple latex was a small step up. We were also very lucky to get permission to shoot in an aircraft museum. The outside of one of the hangers became our rusty blue background, the inside of the hanger door became our darker background and the wing of a 50's fighter jet was leaned, stood and sat on by Boo towards the end of the shoot.

I was only using a Nikon D7200 with a 50mm lens and a studio light fitted with a softbox triggered by synced remotes but it seemed to do the trick and I'd like to use the setup more frequently when I get access to the kit again.

I'm now wondering about what to shoot next; more of Boo in interesting locations and even more interesting outfits or to borrow some more of Ivy's latex? Suppose I'll have to try a bit of both and see what happens.

But in the mean time, check out Boo's new website: www.mademoiselleboo.co.uk
